Adopt a Grandparent

The Adopt-A-Grandparent Program is one of the many ministries of FCS Urban Ministries. In 1978 Bob Lupton incorporated Family Consultation Service, serving youth referred by the court, as well as their parents. Bob felt strongly that to restore dignity to men, women and children could alter the face of the inner city and would change the course of human events. Bob attracted other visionaries to his side to serve inner-city at-risk, under served peoples. He soon had a thriving ministry serving youth, the elderly, housing needs, and offering employment opportunities.
